Maurice Pehle is the Founder and Creative Director of LOAD (Agency) and LOAD Berlin (Running Club), as well as a Berlin-based freelance photographer specializing in portrait, lifestyle, and sports. As a Leica and Xiaomi Master Photographer and Xiaomi Creator, he combines his photography with creativity and direction across various projects.
Beyond photography, he develops concepts, directs projects, and “connects the dots” by bringing agencies, brands, and creatives together. A passionate marathoner, he inspires the community through LOAD Berlin, supported by New Balance, and is a verified athlete on Strava.
In addition, he founded, curates, and directs the online magazines loadfilm, LEICAMAG, werkschau, Partner in Design and framin.co.
